Our Team

Find out more about our committed TST team members.

Fay - Chief Executive Officer

I represent The Survivors Trust on a range of national groups and forums and support the Team in their work.  I really value meeting with our Member Agencies and our Survivor Forums and hearing from them what’s important to make sure survivors get the services they need.

In my spare time I enjoy singing with our local Rock Choir.

Phil - National Development Manager

I work with and try to support Member Agencies.  I also engage with Government Departments and public bodies to raise awareness of the services needed by Survivors and the funding and support required by our Member Agencies to enable them to provide the essential and varied services they offer to Survivors.

Outside work, I take a keen interest in football and rugby and enjoy reading.

Chris - Policy and Standards Manager

My work focusses on helping TST and our member agencies to continually improve service provision for survivors by developing, standardising and facilitating the implementation of specialist service standards. My role at TST brings together my 10 years experience working as an Independent Sexual Violence Adviser (ISVA) and my background in psychology.

I have a passion for animals and love country walks with my rescue dogs and volunteer managing the production of a live breakfast radio show.

Vikki - Operational Support Manager

I provide support and advice to our member agencies so that they can continue to provide their much-needed services for survivors. I also support external organisations to work in a trauma-informed way as part of our Trauma Informed Employer and Trauma Informed Employer for Schools accreditation.

Kate - Communications and Campaigns Officer

My role is to help raise awareness of The Survivors Trust, and the important work of our member organisations through our social media platforms, newsletters and awareness campaigns.

In my spare time I enjoy being outdoors, and I am happiest on a country walk with family or friends.

Linda - Training & Development Manager

I am responsible for delivering and developing training programmes for all sectors on subjects relating to sexual violence.  The emphasis is very much about generating commitment from learners to deliver person-centred and trauma-informed support to survivors and their families. My spare time is filled by enjoying time with my family, walking our two dogs and reading.

Helen - Training and Development Officer

I work alongside the Training and Development Manager to deliver and develop training programmes across the country.

In my spare time, I enjoy walking our two dogs, cooking curries and playing the violin.

Anna - Training Support Officer

I respond to training enquiries, support the trainers, help coordinate the training programmes, and liaise with clients and participants. Outside of work I like to spend time with my young family, go on bike rides and wander about in the woods. I’m also trying to be increasingly green and, in my spare time, I run a reusable party pack business.

Joy - Helpline Clinical and Performance Support Supervisor

I manage the Helpline Service supporting our call handlers with clinical and performance support supervision, work on the Helpline, and develop new strategies to support more complex callers and the future of the service. I also support other special survivor-focussed projects with our TST team. I love spending time with hubby especially in the countryside, and our three guinea pigs – Charlie, Holly and Ivy.
