We are pleased to announce, with thanks to the Ministry of Justice's COVID-19 Response Fund, that we are able to extend the hours of our national Supportline for six months in response to the pandemic and lock down.

From today, 15th June, our Supportline is now open 7 days a week and provides confidential advice, support and information to all survivors of rape or sexual abuse, their supporters, and professionals.

We know that the COVID-19 pandemic is affecting our lives in a lot of different ways, and it's normal for it to have an impact on your mental health, especially for those who have experienced trauma and are living with the impacts from rape and sexual violence.

We also know that talking, being listened to and believed can help.

We're here to talk, to listen and to believe.
