Live Chat Service The Survivors Trust Live Chat provides safe, non-judgemental support, information and signposting to survivors of all genders, their supporters and professionals. The service is available to individuals aged 16+. The Live Chat service allows you to use an online messaging service to access support & information. For many people who may not feel comfortable, or able to speak on the phone, the Live Chat Service is a great way for people affected by rape, sexual assault or abuse to seek support and information. Opening hours for the Live Chat service are as follows: Monday - Thursday 1:30pm - 3pm & 6 - 8pm Saturday 10am - 1pm Sunday 5 - 8pm If you need support outside of these hours, The Samaritans have a free helpline open 24/7 every day of the year.
