#ItsNotOk 5K Challenge

Are you looking for a way to fundraise AND raise awareness during Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week 2023?  Take part in the #ItsNotOk 5K and join the run against sexual violence and abuse. It is super easy to get involved. All you have to do is run, donate and shout!

Step 1:Run

Walk, jog or run 5km (or more if you're feeling brave). Go on, pop on your trainers and head out. If you're feeling REALLY adventurous, you can cover the distance in any way you fancy- a 5k swim, skip or even hula hooping the distance. It's up to you!

Show your friends you are taking part by posting an #ItsNotOK 5k participants badge on social media.

Step 2: Donate

Once you have completed your distance, donate £5 to The Survivors Trust, you can do this easily via our website. Or if you'd prefer, feel free to donate to your local TST member charity. Click here to find your local #TSTmember service and donate via their website. Every donate makes a big difference!

Step 3: Shout

We want everyone to be aware of sexual violence and abuse, and understand the devastating impact it can have on survivors and society. This is where you come in. Post a picture to social media with a statement or statistic about sexual violence or abuse using the hashtag #ItsNotOk.

You can even help spread the word further by nominating 5 friends to complete the #ItsNotOk 5K too.

Click here to download your #ItsNotOk 5K social media pack

We're so grateful to every who donates and raises awareness and we love seeing all our fundraisers achievements, so don't forget tell us if you're taking part!
