If you’ve been feeling stuck and uninspired here are several ways to help find inspiration:

  • Jot your ideas down in one place
  • Practice mindfulness- focus on the good 
  • Read books and poetry- “You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.” – Maya Angelou.
  • Look to others for sources of inspiration- make a list of all the ways your loved ones are your heroes
  • Corny as it sounds – seek out inspirational films – It’s a Wonderful Life, The Pursuit of Happyness, Forrest Gump or Life of Pi – find your own uplifting film.
  • Find inspiration in yourself – recognise your strengths, try something new
  • Express yourself creatively – dance, draw, make music 
  • Help others- Volunteer
