A self-care box is a dedicated space filled only with things that make you happy, help you calm down, and recharge.

The idea of the box is to provide you with everything you need to get back on track during those times when it’s difficult to even comprehend self-care. It could include a book, a video, puzzles, hand lotion, photos, postcards of places you’ve visited or want to visit, mementos, affirmation cards, bubble bath, scented candles, jigsaw, stress ball.  In fact, anything that floats your boat.

How you make your box and what you put in it is completely up to you! Your self-care box needs to be special for days when you need to look after yourself. Make up your box and put it somewhere safe and easily accessible for the day when you just need that extra boost.
